9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHICLEDGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
